Please excuse my lack of postings over the past few weeks. There is a good reason for it though. I promise 🙂 I’ve been dedicating my time to reading the thousands (yes, you read it correctly) the thousands of pages of Reference Material notes, so that I could become a Certified Facilitator in Access Consciousness®. You most likely would have heard of Access before, as I’ve been using the tools in my daily life for the past 7+ years, and mentioning a few of them in various Be genki blog posts. Anyway, it’s time to pop the champagne as next year I’ll be offering all sorts of wonderful Access Consciousness courses to share the tools and one of the ‘hands-on’ body processes (Access Bars®) with you. Exciting huh!

I know, for me, it certainly strikes a chord deep within and may just be that little something that helps me to nurture myself that little bit extra and to step further in to the space of complete love and gratitude for all that is. May it be a source of inspiration, spiritual growth and love for you too. Continue reading

I would, however, like to share a very important message that is inspired by a dear friend who I am truly honored to be able to share time with and learn from, Mike Booth, the Chairman of Aura-Soma. Ahhh Valentine’s Day. Whether or not you revel in the love letters, bouquets of flowers and boxes of chocolate or ‘bah humbug’ your way through the “Hallmark Event”, I can’t help but think that it’s a nice little reminder for all of us to keep the spark burning with loved ones all year round.
