30-Days of Genki

Would you like to stop judging you?

Have you found yourself in a rut not knowing how to dig yourself out?

Would you like to actually enjoy putting your swimsuit on this summer? and not worry about any perfectly imperfect bits?
Would you like to look and feel your best for the upcoming holidays?
Would you like some tools and tips so that you can breeze through Christmas with ease, and not be the effect of family drama?

Or would you simply like a set of tools that help bring about that beautiful glow in your cheeks? You know the one … where people can’t help but think “I want what she’s having!”

Give Yourself the Opportunity to Change Each Day

I love the turn of the year. It inspires conversations of change within people. A chance to turn a new leaf. To choose something different. Holiday Nurturing

I love the holiday season!

For most people it means they can take a few weeks off from work, which is exactly what I look forward to. It’s a great opportunity to catch up with family and friends but also the perfect chance to have a change in scenery. I enjoy traveling and exploring a part of the world that I have never been to or to return to somewhere special.

I often dream about exploring new places, getting out and about in the world to see and experience different landscapes, cultures and activities, and make a conscious effort to convert those dreams into reality. Exploring and having new experiences almost always provides the opportunity for me to explore a different part of my self and grow that little bit more. Continue reading
