Improve Your Wellbeing with Aura-Soma

I was recently fortunate enough to discover Aura-Soma, a unique system that works with your physical, emotional and energetic wellbeing and which essentially moves you toward a deeper understanding of yourself. Aura-Soma utilises the visual and non-visual energies of colour, and the energies of essential oils, herbal extracts, crystals and gems, contained within 108 beautiful “Equilibrium” bottles that assist in opening the doors to the transformation of consciousness.

Naturally, I was attracted to Aura-Soma and the captivating display of bottles and sat down for a consultation, not knowing what to expect.

What I didn’t count on, was to be so fascinated by how pertinent and powerful the treatment was. So much so that after the consultation was finished all I wanted to do was go straight to my car and cry. While this may not sound like such a great result, it was exactly what I required at that point in my life and was another stepping stone to my transformation towards holistic wellbeing.

A couple of years ago I went through a traumatic experience. It was not a story that I cared to share with many people. I cried non-stop for two weeks, lay in foetal position and was simply grief-stricken. With no desire to allow the event to consume my life or future, I put on a happy “mask” and stepped back in to my day-to-day life.
In the months that followed I received energy work from dear friends a couple of times each week, and spoke to those who were there to nurture. I sincerely felt that I had dealt with it and had cried all the tears that I could cry. That was until a few months ago when those feelings revisited me one day while doing household chores.
I was confused why I was thinking about the experience again, as I am not someone who dwells on the past and prefer to relish the present moment. So I asked myself “Why are these thoughts consuming me again?” Three weeks later I had a serendipitous encounter with Aura-Soma.

There I was thinking that I was going to get a lovely relaxing treatment and instead what I discovered was that I had not fully mourned and had more tears to release. I learned the Aura-Soma colour I most identified with would be beneficial in helping me to gain an insight into why things were happening.

I don’t yet fully understand Aura-Soma, how it works or how it helps. However, I am looking forward to when I am next in London so I can visit the Aura-Soma centre in Brighton to have those questions answered.

What I do currently understand, is that if you ask questions in life the universe will answer, and most often in ways you never imagine; and that the healing energy of essential oils, herbal extracts, crystals and gems is certainly undeniable, all of which Aura-Soma is based on.

The creation of Aura-Soma

The history and creation of Aura-Soma is deeply fascinating. In a series of recurring meditative visions in 1984, Vicky Wall was repeatedly given a message: “Go and divide the waters.” At 66 years of age at the time, Vicky — a practicing chiropodist, pharmacist and herbalist, and also clinically blind — formulated mixtures comprising different layers and colours of the most natural ingredients she could find. This marked the birth of “Equilibrium” — the bottles of two distinctly separate and different layers that she created “with hands that had guided her own”, and that emanated power from them.

Thousands of Vicky’s clients were attracted to the Equilibrium bottles and this allowed her to build a body of solidly researched knowledge. She learned why people chose certain bottles and what effect the bottles had on their life after continued exposure to them.

If you have had an experience with Aura-Soma I’d love to hear from you.
