New Book Just Released: Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Genki.

For a number of years I’ve been writing Be Genki Rituals and contributing to several blogs, with the aspiration to help educate and inspire holistic health and happiness. From doing this I have received countless queries from readers asking for tips on how to improve an area of their life. So I thought it seemed like a natural progression to put together a self-care guide, drawing down on the diverse principles and practices that I have studied and applied over the years.

Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Genki. is a light-hearted straightforward solution-oriented 8-step workbook to help educate and inspire holistic health and happiness. The Ultimate Self-Care Guide. Improve your nutrition and weight loss, learn basic beauty care rituals that help to keep your skin looking and feeling beautiful, discover tools that help to improve the relationship you have with yourself and others, find out ways to reduce your exposure to harmful toxins, and establish easy rituals that help to reduce stress and encourage a peaceful night’s sleep.

Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Genki. is straightforward and easy-to-read. It was specifically designed this way so that the reader is not presented with “information overload”, but more so a simple set of “how-to tips” to help educate and inspire healthy and happy changes for the long-term.

I had so much fun writing it and am so much looking forward to reading your feedback and personal experiences and inspirations.

  1. This book is fantastic! I want to share it with friends. When I’m feeling a little low I’ve been opening up this book to just do a quick flick through, it really makes me refocus…thank you so much. I even went out and purchased a juicer that I’ve been talking about getting for however long and every morning (my son even gets out of bed to help me) and afternoon I’m having fresh fruit or veggie juices.

  2. Angela, that’s so lovely to hear. I’m delighted that Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Genki. inspired you to start juicing again… AND that your son is involved too. How divine!
