PuraTea – Organic Herbal Tea in Eco-Friendly Jars

I’m all for multi-tasking, killing two birds with one stone, or whatever else you want to call it. So naturally I have developed a special fondness for herbal teas.

We all know how important it is to drink an adequate amount of water each day to ensure the health and beauty of our body, so why not amp it up a little by choosing herbal teas as your beverage of choice. There are so many wonderful health benefits associated with certain herbs.

On a recent trip to Adelaide I came across a fabulous range, Pura Tea, founded by naturopath and herbalist Zara Phillips.

Her unique range of organic and wild crafted herbal teas not only taste great but have remarkable therapeutic qualities as well. The unique range include ingredients from both Australia and abroad in bringing the seven signature blends: Bliss Bomb, After Dinner Mint, DetoxMe, Vibrance, Woman’s Worth, Boost and Sleepy Head.

If you’re prone to stomach discomfort and bloating after meals then the AFTER DINNER MINT is for you. A blend of licorice, lemon verbena, peppermint, spearmint and sweet orange peel.

Or there’s my favourite blends: DETOX ME that supports liver detoxification and gently aids in the removal of unwanted toxins from the body; and WOMAN’S WORTH that helps to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit of busy women.

Check out www.puratea.com.au for the complete range.
