    Hi sam I just bought you e book on line and am loving the great advice you are giving.
    I have a couple of questions
    One is can you recommend a natural path in Brisbane as I really want to go to someone who has been recommended.
    Secondly are there some staple things from health shops like LSA, flaxseed oil etc that are good to take as I find it quite confusing seeing all the different products for sale.
    Thanks for your time
    Regards

    • Hi Claudia. Lovely to hear from you. So happy to hear that you’re loving the ebook.
      Unfortunately I don’t know anyone in Brisbane. I’m from Sydney. So sorry that I can’t be of help there.
      In regards to “what to take” everyone is different so our needs are different. Yes it does get quite confusing. The basics I’d recommend are:
      1: Udo’s Oil Blend (for your omega 3, 6, 9, as it is the perfect ratio and a blend of a number of oils from vegetarian source, fish oils are not ideal for a number of reasons;
      2: a good “greens” – Udo’s Choice Green Blend is good, but there are others just as good too. I do tend to love his products though as he is very trustworthy and reputable;
      3: Maca powder (certified organic) – great for hormonal balance, and hormones play such a HUGE part within the entire body with a flow on effect to all other parts;
      4: Cacao powder (certified organic) – a FABULOUS source of a variety of minerals;
      5: Coconut oil – use this for cooking, salad dressings, veggies, or a teaspoon in smoothies.
      and then depending on how serious you want to take it, every few months (or once a year) you can get a bottle of Aloe Vera Juice, a jar of probiotics and slippery elm powder, for a spring clean of the gut, and the list goes on. But the first 5 are a good starting point. You may find this blog post helpful: http://begenkiblog.com/2010/03/16/super-smoothies/
      I hope that helps. xxSam

  6. One is can you suggest a organic direction in Queensland as I really want to go to someone who has been suggested.
    Secondly are there some choice factors from wellness stores like LSA, flax seed oil etc that are excellent to take as I discover it quite complicated seeing all the different items on the market.

    • Hello :)
      I’m not quite sure if I understand your first question about “organic direction in Queensland” ? Do you mean a naturopath? or skin care brand? or organic shop?
      With the second question … I would highly recommend any products by UDO’s CHOICE. His Omega3.6.9 oils are by far the best on the market, and his brand is very reputable.
      Please do let me know if you have any other questions.
      Love xSam
